Social Hall Rental Information

Our Social Hall provides a welcoming venue for gatherings, events, and special occasions. With both upstairs and downstairs halls available, we offer versatile space options to accommodate a range of group sizes and event types.


Social Hall Rental Information:

 

 

Hall Rental Fee Upstairs (full use of the commercial kitchen):

            4 hour Rental: $475.00

            2 hours additional to set up before the event

            ½ hour given to tear down and clean up

            (Any additional hours will be charged $100 for each hour)

 

            Full day Rental: $900.00

            8am-11pm (15 hours)

 Upstairs Occupancy:    

 Total of Occupancy 200 without a dance floor & 125 with a dance floor

 

Hall Rental Fee Downstairs (with full use of Kitchenette):

            4 hour Rental: $325.00

            2 hours additional to set up before the event

            ½ hour given to tear down and clean up

            (Any additional hours will be charged $100 for each hour)

           

            Full day Rental: $700.00

            8am-11pm (15 hours)

           

Downstairs Occupancy:

Total of Occupancy 100 without a dance floor & 80 with a dance floor

           

Hall Rental for Businesses: $100 an hour for business meetings

 

Both Hall’s must be vacated by:

10:00pm on Sunday – Thursday &  11:30pm on Friday – Saturday

 

Catering is available:( $200  room Charge)

Menu Option #1: $30 a person                    

Menu Option #2: $25 a person

Plus 20% Gratuity

 

Renters may bring their own food

 

If hiring a Licensed Caterer for your event:

(Copy of license and liability insurance certificate required)

Fee… $200 extra

 

Extras:

+ Use of the tap system $50.00

+ Chair covers and round table cloths $100.00

 

Celebration of life: (Please contact us for pricing)   

 

Basket Bingo: $ 1,000

 

Contract:

All rentals require a signed contract with a deposit of $300,(upstairs) or $200(downstairs)

Returned deposit will be returned within 30 days following the rental date, as long as there is No Damage or Breach of contract.
