Social Hall Rental Information

Our Social Hall provides a welcoming venue for gatherings, events, and special occasions. With both upstairs and downstairs halls available, we offer versatile space options to accommodate a range of group sizes and event types.


Upstairs Hall Rental

  • Rental Fee: $600.00
  • Kitchen Use (optional): $200.00
  • Total with Kitchen: $800.00
  • Occupancy:
    • Without Dance Floor: 250 people
    • With Dance Floor: 150 people
  • Available Tables:
    • (43) 8-ft tables
    • (2) 6-ft tables
    • (16) 60-inch round tables
    • (3) 3-ft tables

Downstairs Hall Rental

  • Rental Fee (includes kitchenette use): $325.00
  • Occupancy:
    • Without Dance Floor: 100 people
    • With Dance Floor: 80 people
  • Available Tables:
    • (8) 8-ft tables
    • (1) 6-ft table
    • (10) 60-inch round tables

Hourly Rental Option for Both Halls

  • Rate: $100 per hour for the first two hours
  • Full Rental Rate: After two hours, the full rental price will apply

Hall Use and Availability

  • Closing Times:
    • Sunday–Thursday: 10:30 PM
    • Friday–Saturday: 11:30 PM

Catering Services

  • Menu Options:
    • Option #1: $30 per person
    • Option #2: $25 per person
    • Gratuity: 20% applied to total
  • Note: No room charge applies for catering events with over 100 guests.

Additional Amenities

  • Tap System Use: $50.00
  • Chair Covers and Round Table Cloths: $100.00

Special Events and Pricing

  • Celebration of Life: Please contact us for personalized pricing.
  • Basket Bingo Event: $900.00

Rental Contract and Deposit

  • Deposit:
    • Upstairs Hall: $300.00
    • Downstairs Hall: $162.00
  • Refund Policy: Deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event, provided no damage or breach of contract occurs.
  • Note: A signed contract is required for all rentals.
